FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will the project be completed? Our first set of town homes – five all together – should be ready for occupancy in the Fall of 2006. We anticipate completing the project during the Spring of 2007.

How much will the town homes cost? The first five town homes are priced from $374,900+. Click here for current pricing and availability.

How big are the homes? They range in size from approximately 1800 to 2100 square feet. Click here for available floor plans.

Who are the Developer and Builder? They are the same business entity, Shiloh Development. A Registered Master Builder and general contractor in Boise since 1993, you can have complete confidence in Shiloh’s professionalism and skills. Click here for more information.

May I reserve a town home now, before it is built? Yes. We have set up a program to allow prospective residents to reserve their home today. Contact our marketing and sales team for details.

How much does it cost to reserve a town home? Your reservation will be secured upon our receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $2,000 and a signed reservation agreement. Click here for the reservation agreement (PDF) .

Will there be CC&Rs and a homeowner’s association? Yes – to assure long-term value and quality throughout the community, Ashleigh Commons features straight-forward, but comprehensive Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). When the project is complete the developer will transfer operation of the association to the residents of Ashleigh Commons.

How much are the association fees? They are $188 a month and will be billed monthly.  There’s also a one-time homeowner’s association set-up fee, paid at closing, of $400.  The fees are less than the monthly charges at nearby developments, such as the River Run Town Homes and Heron Cove Condominiums.

What do the fees cover? They pay for the maintenance of Ashleigh Commons, including the pocket park and all other common areas, the private streets (repairs and snow removal), and the exteriors of the residences (annual power washing).  The fees also pay the hazard insurance on each of the four buildings that comprise Ashleigh Commons’ town homes, they create reserves to pay for future expenses (such as re-painting and roof replacements), and cover the cost of property management.

Can I have pets? Yes, pets are welcome at Ashleigh Commons. No more than two, though. Please see the CC&Rs for more information on pet ownership and good neighbor rules.

Is Ashleigh Commons represented by a real estate company? Yes. We have selected Becky Moser and Allan Brock of Holland Realty to market and sale the town homes.
